The Raleigh district has asked NRUMC to help by contributing food kits for the relief effort in Haiti. We need:

• bags of rice
• dried beans
• canned vegetables (with pop-top lids)
• canned fruits (with pop-top lids)

All food should be new, in sealed and unopened bags. Bags and cans may be any size.

We will sort them here at the church for delivery. If you are able to deliver, please contact Kim Lamb (kim@nrumc.org or 847-1536x114) to volunteer.

Thank you to the MANY who have participated in some way in the relief work that is taking place in Haiti! Last week, our church contributed over 50 boxes of goods - food, health kits, blankets, towels, sheets and more to the effort, and we contributed over $19,000 to the work!
