North Raleigh United Methodist Church seeks a self-motivated, organized, team player to join an incredible ministry in a large, vibrant and growing church. NRUMC holds one contemporary and two traditional Sunday morning worship services, and currently includes 16 ensembles in its music ministry.

The successful candidate will have the skills and work ethic to serve in a multi-faceted role, including organist; accompanist for both traditional and contemporary ensembles; and director of various groups, including beginning-to-intermediate handbells and various age-specific vocal and chime choirs. A bachelor's degree or higher in music is expected, along with relevant work experience.

• Your faith journey as a Christian
• Personal interest in ministering through music
• Challenges you have encountered in working with volunteers or staff
• Experience/interest in handbells, organ, conducting, and accompanying
• Your views on different styles of worship (e.g., traditional and contemporary)

Although a single full-time position is envisioned, multiple part-time positions may also be considered. Those who wish to be considered for part-time work must explain their areas of interest.
