Fun. Faith. Family.
Welcome to NRUMC Youth Ministry!
In our Youth Ministry, students strive to understand what it means to be the hands and feet of Christ! It is the goal of NRUMC to provide space to learn about true discipleship, while also providing opportunities for students to put what they’ve learned into action. Through all of this, we help students create community, be their true selves, and seek Christ out in their lives.
One of the best ways for students to be a part of our youth community is to join us UMYF–United Methodist Youth Fellowship. Time at UMYF is spent sharing in small groups, worshiping, praying, and having fun together.
Youth Parent Information
Parents, it’s our goal to equip you to grow your student’s faith journey. We believe that the bulk of discipleship occurs at home, and research tells us the most influential things you can do to influence a young person’s faith is attending worship together. We encourage you to make the most of those conversations around the dinner table, on the car ride to school, in the small moments around the house. We encourage parents/guardians to talk with their students about the sermon, about about your own spiritual disciplines, and other experiences involving your own faith.

Thank you to everyone who made the Golf Tournament a Success!
We pray for and with students, and teach spiritual practices that build their faith.
We prioritize intentional fun by playing games that build community. We encourage authentic relationships through weekly small groups and weekend retreats.
We participate together in local service projects, summer mission trips, and churchwide missions.
We intentionally place adult ministry leaders who guide and support our students on their journey.
Join us @ Sunday School!
When we are able to start up again, we meet Sundays: 9:45-10:45 a.m. in the Youth Center. Our Sunday School classes are designed to teach Bible basics and help students grow together in their knowledge and faith in Jesus Christ.
