7:00am Sunrise Service at Lafayette Village

 Join us for a brand new Easter Sunrise Worship Service on the Lawn at Lafayette Village in Raleigh!
Experience the beauty of sunrise as we celebrate Easter just like the women did on the first Resurrection Sunday. 


 All Ages Welcome - Bring Your Own Chairs if you'd like.
 We'll have songs, scripture, and a short sermon - all in the peaceful light of a sunrise.

8:30am Traditional Worship

In the Sanctuary

If you’re looking for traditional worship, it's offered twice on Easter Sunday. 8:30am will have lower crowds and be led by our clergy and music ensembles.

Expect to be surrounded by a warm and caring congregation. Expect dynamic preaching from our ministers, and expect uplifting music from our outstanding Music Ministries. Expect to be blessed!

Children are welcome to participate in worship! We love having our community of all ages in worship together, but if you prefer, we have a nursery available.

Contemporary Worship

In the Fellowship Hall

Sundays 9:45 a.m.

If you’re looking for contemporary worship featuring classic Christian songs, we have Souljourn, led by our clergy and by the Exaltation band.

 

 Each Sunday, we sing uplifting music, spend time in prayer, and hear God’s word proclaimed to provide direction for our lives.

11am Traditional Worship

If you’re looking for traditional worship, 11am is it! Led by our clergy, the Chancel Choir, and other music ensembles, worship is always engaging and meaningful.

This Easter your kids will have a BLAST at our Egg Hunt!! All kids Preschool-5th grade will enjoy learning about Jesus with this fun and creative event!

Lenten Series: Make A Little Room For What I'm Feeling- a Lenten Journey with Jesus and the Psalms

This lent, we will explore how Jesus experienced a wide variety of emotions, just like we do each day.  Pastor Jen will have our daily Lent Texts, we will focus on a different emotion at each service, and Andy has written an original song to go with the theme.

A Service of Lament and Hope – Join in Contemporary Worship on Sunday, April 6th at 9:45am for music and prayers.

Remember the Last Supper with our Maundy Thursday worship with Communion at 7pm.

Good Friday

Join us on Good Friday, April 18th at 7pm, for a Tenebrae Service of Shadows as we reflect on the pain, weight, and significance of the crucifixion.  This music-led service will feature the Chancel Choir, Jubilation Singers, Unity Bells, and a String Quartet presenting music by Samuel Barber, Dan Forrest, and Pepper Choplin.
