Hearts and Hammers

Mission Statement:

To use our time and talent to meet the needs of those around us and to create an opportunity to share the love of Jesus.

Hearts & Hammers Service

We perform minor household repair and maintenance service for those who cannot afford them free of charge. This includes both Church members and Community neighbors who are Senior citizens; Disabled, homebound, and low-income individuals; Single-parent families: Widows; and Veterans of United States or their military Spouses.

We will provide labor at no charge to build handicap Ramps for those who can afford to buy materials only or where funding is available.

The Church office will help you complete and submit the “Request for Service Form” to the Hearts and Hammers Ministry. They will evaluate your service request and schedule a home visit to clearly define the work. Once your service request is  approved, Hearts and Hammers Ministry will assign a work crew and schedule the work.

Donations

Hearts and Hammers Ministry accept donations through the Church. Our goal is to help those in need free of charge and to show the love of Jesus through our Ministry. We reflect on God’s call to be a Blessing and how we can further enhance our ministry in the coming year. Your donation helps those in need within the Church congregation and our local community and allows us to continue spreading love, compassion, and hope. Typically, your gift goes towards buying home repair and maintenance material to support those in need.

We appreciate your donation to Hearts and Hammers through the Church. Please know that we will do our best to use it in a responsible manner pleasing to God. You can give by:
